SpaceAge offers our Thermo-Lite Board® product line with several densities, compositions and thinkness options to suit endless applications that require a water resistant, light weight, high strength core.
Our products are manufactured with the finest polyurethane and fiberglass materials available, and are offered in a wide density range of 10 lbs to 40 lbs per cubic foot, thicknesses from .25” up to 2” and in dimensions up to 60” wide and 170” long.
Thermo-Lite Board® is also cut into parts and kits – all with custom drilling, milling and edging. Our Engineering Department has the capabilities to develop and analyze 2D & 3D solid models using current Computer-Aided Design (CAD) technology like MasterCam, Pro/E and Finite Element Method (FEM) software. Full scale testing is also available to validate material changes and composition design.
